In fall 2017, Heather Conger will enter her seventh year as the Barons Director of Athletics. Conger oversees the Barons' seven men's and women's sports teams, which include soccer, basketball, softball, baseball, and one of the best golf teams in the nation. She also facilitates the college’s intramural programs and the campus-wide wellness initiative. The aquatics facility, fitness/wellness center, athletic fields and gymnasium are also under her management. Conger currently serves as the Region XIX Assistant Women's Director, and is also is a member of the CAANJ Executive Committee.

Conger came to RCBC from North Country Community College (Saranac Lake, NY), where she was the Director of Athletics for eight years. Prior to that, she was the Senior Women's Administrator and Head Women's Soccer and Lacrosse Coach at SUNY Potsdam (Potsdam, NY).

Conger was a graduate of TCNJ where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, as well as her master's of education, with a concentration in athletic administration. During her time at TCNJ, she captained the women's soccer team her junior and senior year, and was a member of 1994 and 1996 teams that advanced to the NCAA Division III Women's Soccer National Championship, winning the championship in 1994. Conger stayed on staff as an assistant to the program while she attained her master's degree. She also was a graduate assistant at the college's Physical Enhancement Center.

Kristin Steen

‚ÄčKristin is a graduate of Rowan University with a bachelor's and masters degree. Kristin joined Rowan College at Burlington County in 2014 from Temple Orthopedics, where she worked for eight years. Kristin works with all seven sports teams and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Athletic training room including injury assessment, management and rehabilitation. Kristin provides coverage for all home games and practices. Also, RCBC's Athletic Trainer has access to a team physician when a referral is necessary for an athletic injury. Some services offered include but not limited to ultrasound, electric stimulation, combo and warm/cold whirlpool, taping/wrapping/splinting.

Kristin also oversees the Wellness Center, which includes the hiring, training, and supervision of student workers in the Physical Education building on the Pemberton Campus.
